• The get_xsl_url() method deprecation (@deprecated 28.9) is a PHP method, not a filter or hook, so it is not added to the deprecations page.

Existing filter implementations that hard-code an XSL URL will silently break; this is worth a note in release communication (out of scope for doc-sync).
