Description

Added a small note to the Index as Ordered Set section in the Pandas notebook.
The note explains how the &, |, and ^ operators behave with numeric indexes in modern Pandas versions and why using explicit methods like intersection(), union(), and symmetric_difference() is better for set operations.
This change is intended to make the concept clearer for beginners and avoid confusion when following the examples.
